Dr Lara Smith is an excellent audiologist. My experience getting tested and provided the proper hearing aids for was excellent. She has provided after purchase support and assistance for all of my questions and hearing aid needs. The office and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr Lara for your hearing concerns and needs.

I called in to schedule an appointment with them after seeing reviews on google. But the experience was horrible. The front desk receptionist put me on hold as soon as I called for about 6 mints without checking back why she’s taking this long, so I hung up and called again, she picked up the phone and asked to put on hold right away again, I asked why was she putting on hold for such a long time without checking or any indication that she’s going to put me on hold for so long ? She just asked to put on hold again without answering any of my question. I just don’t understand what the attitude and tone is for. I would recommend for her to be trained well for customer care service, so she won’t get reviews that reflect negative about this clinic.
I will be seeing a doctor on Wednesday and give my review on how it went.
Update: Doctor Goodell was great, simple and easy to talk to and understands the patients.
Often times you’ll find doctors who seemed to know everything before you even finish explaining what pain you’re going through without listening well, you can tell by their responses. But Dr. Goodell was nothing like that, he listens carefully even if it may be very easy for him to figure out what may be causing the problem.
The front desk got my name wrong and I requested them to please correct my name and send the receipt in my mail with the corrected name, but I haven’t received yet.
I have to call them several times before I received one mail that was incorrect name.
I found out the reason I had call them several times to get my receipt is because they even had my email wrong. So the front desk needs to pay attention and not give patients a chance to call over and over again for one thing. They didn’t have a receipt on the day of my appointment because they said they run out of paper.
If they can fix that I’ll be happy.
Dr. Goodell has done more for me in 8 months than any other doctor has done in 27 years! He listened to my concerns and complaints and had an answer every time. He has done my tonsillectomy and sinus/septum surgery and I am a whole new person for it. Definitely a doctor who not only cares about your physical health but your mental health as well. He never once schedule me for a surgery unless he was sure I was comfortable!
