Maintenance and management have been great! We had frozen pipes during the winter despite the precautions we took. I let them know of the issue at 10am and but 11:30 I was on the phone with management talking about repairs. Plumbing was sent out the same day I notified them of the frozen pipes AND this was all the day before Christmas Eve! Every issue is handled quickly and professionally.

If you’re looking for a place to buy instead of paying rent no need to look any further. You cannot find nicer people to work with than Darby and Rachael. Their maintenance team has been amazing quick to respond and thorough. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate working with Darby for my place to call home. If you choose Misty Hollow or Glenview you won’t be sorry. Darby is amazing to work with. Rachael is there to help in anyway need.

Appreciate Darby for helping us so much in the closing of our new home. Such a nice home in such a nice community and Darby is seriously super helpful when it came to all of this. Cant wait till my baby comes home to such a nice home!!! Such beautiful flooring and comfort. If you want to buy or rent ask for Darby seriously. She gets things done and is so sweet and caring.
