I called up to see if they had a battery for my Equinox and got Andrew on the phone. He told me what they had in stock, how much each cost and explained the differences between them. I drove up there a bit later and Andrew had the battery ready to go and came out and installed it for free even though the ECM was on top of the battery. Took about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Great service!

I went to two other auto parts stores before going to this location. I had a part number for some screws I needed and the other two stores typed in the number and told me they didn’t have it. The two gentlemen at this store took the time to find something comparable and helped me get my problem fixed. Excellent customer service from the two guys working the evening of 6/8/22.

Got my warranty battery replacement today by Mike. What a great experience with a really nice, knowledgeable guy.

Bought a sensor and installed it. Didn’t work and come to find out it was a used sensor. Got the exchange and everything fine.

Great service but watch out for parts swappers. Military discounts as well. Military mind says avoid collinsville due to faulty/damaged materials.

Workers are fantastic though.
