A 6 star rating, no Not a typo but they only offer 5.Not only a professional company but prompt and professional drivers. Too often a person has to wait and wait but Lewis was quick to get there. Had it loaded up and to the shop in faster than any other service. I was having a really bad day, but Lewis made it a lot better. I was there and back home with my loaner in no time. I'll will always use this company from now on and I'll request Lewis. Thank you.

my experience was nothing short of amazing! this was my first time in need of a tow service, and I dreaded calling one. I have to say, I'm impressed. not sure who I spoke with on the phone, but she was so gracious, and Preston is very easy going! I appreciate his attempt in jump starting my car first, which would've actually saved me money — speaks volumes on this company's integrity. incredible customer service all the way around!!

This was the fourth time that I've used Barnes and I wanted to share about my experiences. Every experience that I've had with Barnes has been significantly better than any other tow service. But, I was so impressed with Jason! He was great on the phone, showed up quickly, was friendly and professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I don't know how you guys get such great people. Jason (and you company in general) has made some very difficult and frustrating situations so much easier to deal with and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that in a simple review. Thank-You Barnes Wrecker Service! Yesterday my 2020 Truck w 700 miles would not start. I was not able to shift the truck into neutral to roll it out of my garage. I called Roadside Assistance and they promptly sent a service to my house who tried jumping the truck with no success. Today, two additional local wrecking companies came to my house and attempted to solve the problem. Neither bothered to read the notes from dispatch stating that this job would require dollies. One even suggested pulling the truck into the driveway and spinning it with his wrecker to align it with the flatbed. My dealer recommended Barnes Wrecker Service and I am very grateful. The excellent service started when I received a call from their dispatch. I asked her what she knew about my situation and she was well informed. She stated “I know your truck is in your garage and you cannot put it in neutral. I know you will need dollies and someone who can disconnect the linkage if necessary”. She said her guys will get my truck to the dealer without any issues. Thirty minutes later Jayson and Preston arrived. They carefully removed the truck from the garage using car dollies. Jayson answered all of my questions and both Jason and Preston were professional in every way. I cannot think of anything they could have done to improve their customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow.
