“Kevin is the representative who helped us when we went in to upgrade our phones. He was extremely helpful. We didn't currently have a military discount which he helped us add and also helped us lower the bill even more. He helped us find phones to suit our needs and explained everything about the phones to us. Kevin also transferred all our data from our old phones to the new phones while we waited and made sure everything went through correctly. Kevin was very kind, courteous, helpful and was very concerned that we were happy with our phones and that we understood everything. We appreciate all the time he spent with us.
