It is not easy to get red dirt out of white carpet, but Gerald did. My carpet was filthy but now looks new again. Gerald is a true professional and cares about his work and his customers. Thank you Gerald, job well done.

Gerald did a fantastic job on my carpets, have 4 Yorkies and was very satisfied with the job he did. Very friendly service with great rates! Used Stanley steemer a few months ago for same job, Better results for better price with Gerald! Already scheduled to use again for tile cleaning. Definitely recommend!

First visit - I had the living room carpet, hallway carpet and sofa/loveseat cleaned. Mr. Thomas is very polite and respectful. I referred him to my mother and also had him out again last week to clean the living room carpet again. He does a really great job.

I had an accident that left my couch covered in blood. I honestly thought I would have to get a new couch. I contacted immaculate touch to see if it was even possible. It turns out not only was it possible, but the couch looks brand new. I'm confident they can remove any stain I will definitely use them from now on.
