Nael Siavash MD

Well it been almost a year since Dr Nael has retired and to say I miss him is a huge understatement. I really wish he would come out of retirement. Dr Nael really cared about each if his patients and their families. He was always available and I never had to wonder if I was gonna have my next appointment or if my medication was going to be taken care of each month. He rarely closed and if he did he made sure to get you in either before or a day or 2 later. His staff was absolutely wonderful and just as caring. I chose to transfer back to my prior doctor that treated me before Dr. Nael. The clinic has went so far down hill from how it was before and they are supposed to be top of the tier for comp and social security. They too were just as caring at one point and very good to all their patients and I never had to worry back then. Unfortunately that isn't how it is anymore. Since December I have had to call them multiple times each month for refils, give them my contact info to update each call because they keep sending text to wrong phone number. I've went without my medication twice and once for a week and ended up going to ER so I didn't die. Sometimes they don't call for my monthly phone appointments or they have me scheduled for a different day and time than whats on my card. Point is good doctors that go above and beyond or just simply care about their patients are so hard to find and when you have a chronic condition it's even harder. I just wish there were more Dr. Nael's out there.

Dr. Nael had become a very important part of my monthly life!!! I found I have more "problems" than I originally thot!!! Whether a good or a bad thing-not sure-just know I will have to continue my need for help. I will miss my visits with my friend and my doctor very much. His help and gentle nature are real and his gifts to his patients. Enjoy those grandkids sir!!!

It was a sad day when Dr. Nael told us he was retiring. Of course we are so happy for him! He has
helped my wife and I through some hard times and he is loved by all. I just hope he gets to see this:)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nael since 2009. To describe my care since he became my pain management doctor in one word, “OUTSTANDING”! He never rushes his time with his patients. More than once I have talked with him for over 30 minutes during my visit and he never makes you feel that he is in a hurry to see his next patient. He is thorough in his examinations and takes time to find out what has been going on in your life since the last time you saw him. This includes not only your physical pain and discomfort but also your mental and emotional experiences. He is outstanding in his field when it comes to his knowledge and understanding of your physical and mental conditions. Equally is his knowledge and understanding in your treatment. He goes by the book and expects you to follow his treatment guidelines and requirements. That’s why his patients don’t die from accidental overdoses. I highly recommend him for treatment of any physical or mental pain and suffering you may be going through. Mike Lantz

Dr Nael is the ONLY Dr n Oklahoma who is certified in both PAIN MANAGEMENT AND PSYCHIATRY. He genuinely cares about his patients and makes wise decisions about each individual's treatments. The only negative concern is that his office fees are astronomical so if u don't have insurance he takes u most likely won't b able to afford to c him. This is y I had to stop seeing him. But he took good care of me for years before I lost my insurance.
