The staff is always attentive and polite. They provide customer service promptly. They never fail to greet customers with a courteous smile and a warm greeting. When a staff member is made aware of a customer's needs, the staff member immediately tends to serving the needs of the customer. If all staff members are serving customers when another customer arrives, a staff member makes sure to politely inform the customer that they will be with them soon. The wait behind a current customer is never excessive. The business is adequately busy, though never so much that customers experience excessive wait times.
