I guess I might need to accept some of the blame for this particular situation. I ordered something on the Grainger site, and it was my understanding that it was in stock in OKC. When I arrived, I was informed that it was being shipped there. If I would have realized that, I wouldn't have ordered my pieces. The guys there stepped up to the pump, went in to the system, changed it to deliver to my house, and said they'd cover the freight charge. That's TOP NOTCH customer service people. Shout out to the OKC store !! Thank You guys for your help !!!!

Jordan at the OKC, OK branch has helped myself with a large quantity order with my company that was 100k+ and she has been outstanding to work with throughout the whole process. She deserves plenty of recognition and it’s employees with her skill set that really set the bar high in customer service and quality.
