“The services rendered were not an installation, per se, but rather a response to a failing on-demand Navien unit under warranty. This service required far more than the ability to slap a new unit on the wall, the entire burner/heat exchanger was replaced. The Navien is a really nice heater and now is the equal of a new unit. Adam, the Hollowell tech, is very competent and thorough. Good job on both Hollowell and Navien for excellent service.”

“Had my total hip replacement just a little over a week ago and so far I am doing very well. I have only minor aches. Dr. Myrin did a great job and I feel so much better after having the surgery. The PA we seen was also awesome to! All nurses were helpful and I have no complaints! I’d also like to add that Gabby in billing was a phenomenal person. She went above and beyond in helping some issues that I was experiencing! She deserves some sort of recognition!”

I seen a lot of comments about bad service, well they don't give you bad service they are just not going that extra mile like a waiter at a fancy restaurant would but their service is just fine. I have not dine in at location but their drive thu option is great because they make the food when you order and is fast, fast and fresh make a great bundle plus a very reasonable price this place is a must try if you are looking for a new local place to try.”

All that said the wait staff forgot to put in our tables orders twice and had to be reminded or canceled. Also, on a regular night, the wait on the food has been 30 to 50 minutes. That knocks down a star for me.”
