My neighbor referred me and this is now my only mechanic. They have worked on several of my cars. Their work has been EXCELLENT with no return work needed.
MAN ! What a relief to find FANTASTIC WORK, SERVICE, and a MORE THAN FAIR PRICE. JJ, his mechanics, and his family are seriously good people.
The first time I left a car with them the day they promised delivery came and I didn,t hear from them so around 5:00PM I figured it was taking a little longer. Well, about 9:00 PM I got a call from them and they said my car was ready. I went and got it and asked the mechanic why not call me tomorrow. The answer: we promised today.
I had a weird pull to the right and a grinding sound when I turned left,on my Ford, just happened to pull in to his shop to see what it might be. He had a guy look at it and identified the issue; turned out to be a tie-rod(?). He fixed it and did an alignment and had me rolling in an hour. Excellent work and honest mechanic.
The service at Jones Automotive was incredible. I had a vibration and noise in my car. I stopped by Pep boys and Hibdons they could not find the problem. So I stop at Jones & Jones and within 10 min they told me the problem.
