They were excellent! Completely involved with the health of your pet, very knowledgeable and reasonable pricing. I was truly impressed.
My dog was miserable with allergies and being treated by another Vet. She was only getting worse and not feeling well. I did some reaching out & research and found Dr Jenn. She did a complete work up on my Sophie. Came and spoke with me about several options for care and offered we treat the infection she had first and then start the process of addressing underlying causes. She was open to conversation, offering advice & guidance. I LOVE this clinic but Dr Jeen is amazing. My Sophie was so much better in just 48 hours . Cannot thank Dr Jenn enough. Will be moving all my pet care to 405 Vet Clinic!
They got me in right away when my senior Yorkie sustained an injury while he was boarded at a local boarder. They gave a thoughtful explanation why his gait was impaired and was encouraging that it was not a fracture. They helped our fury friend out without a lot of unnecessary charges. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism.
Dr Roach and his team are caring and attentive to both pets and their families. They have handled everything from our dog and cat's routine visits, to emergency appts and scary surgeries. We appreciate how well they tend to our fur babies and how great their communication is. 405 is the best vet in the area.
I went to this vet clinic after a horrible visit at Choctaw Family Vet. First, NEVER take your dog to Choctaw. That's a whole different review. Second. This 405 at Rockwell was great. I tested them with being nasty. Confused, questioning. They handled it with grace and patience. That is important when you have someone's fur baby. Third, I am still dealing with them as the Diagnosis was osteosarcoma and I am verifying and wrapping my head around it. Stay tuned
