180 Medical

I am fairly new to 180 Medical, but was immediately impressed with their amazing customer service and professionalism. The staff does what they say they will do with incredible speed. I am looking for a great long relationship with 180 Medical and recomend them to everyone. Great Job and Thank You 180 Medical.
A Very satisfied Customer.....for Life!

I have been completely satisfied with my 180 Medical experience. It seems if management has set a goal of complete and satisfactory customer support. If that is the goal it has been accomplished. I have yet to speak to anyone in customer support when I had a question or the occasional problem that it wasn’t handled efficiently and with the aim of a satisfactory outcome. They set a standard many other companies could strive to emulate.

I have received catheters from 180 Medical for several years. Their service has been phenomenal. They monitor my usage and contact me about my refill needs. They consistently deliver my supplies on time and without any effort on my part. They are outstanding.

For about 5 years 180 Medical has always made sure to get my supplies to me on time. When I travel they make sure I have the supplies I need to cover the time I am away from home. Every now and then the shipping company will temporarily loose my supplies. 180 Medical will send emergency supplies to get me through until my regular supplies are delivered. When I call them they are always very patient and helpful.

I have had totally consistent, reliable service from 180 Medical over the 5+ years I have been their customer and fan. My MD now sends her prescription to them with specific instructions and they arrange to follow her recommendations with an appropriate shipping arrangement. I couldn't ask for better service from a resource that supplies with me daily needs on a long term basis.
