Pacific Pulmonary Services, an AdaptHealth company

Gotta say someone was having a bad day. I was due a replacement and was told from the California location that if I wanted to change masks types I could go get fitted here. This is not a store. Service providers work out of this office. The women whom asked if she could help me was extremely nice and I felt she dealt with me in an exceptionally professional manner. As I said this is an office they work out of, not a store front but it seemed to me that she did an exceptional job fitting the new mask and making me comfortable. Go through the company’s main officer for purchasing and questions but this office isn’t what the other person said. It’s not a store front it’s an office and the people there are really just there if you are referred in to take care of something locally. Oh yea I don’t work for Pacific Pulmamary but I realize they are just handling people who require some help. Can’t complain about this company’s been with them for over 10 years I believe and they have always been good to me. This is the first time using the local office for assistance always deal with them with a phone call. As I said I think the person who took care of me made me see a bad review that was undeserving. I left her name out on purpose but thank you.
