The Service Department at Rensselaer Honda did an excellent job replacing my brakes, battery and oil change. Getting my car road worthy for the winter. They kept me informed at all times about what needed to be done and the cost. I used their valet service, which I highly recommend it your car is going to be tied up for an extended period of time. My car was picked up from my house at 9:00 AM and returned at 3:00 PM. I was able to go about my day.

Great service! I drove to the dealership before my return trip home to Cape Cod. My tire pressure was low. They took me right away, found a screw in one the the tires, fixed it and checked all the fluid levels. I was happily and safely on my home to Cape Cod. Everyone was so accommodating and pleasant.

Jeanette Murphy was very professional, and went above and beyond in helping us in our time of need late in the day on a Holiday. We had mechanical trouble on the road and made our way to nearby Rensselaer Honda. Prompt attention and expert service the next day was very appreciated.
