Update. I placed a review a few days ago about no one answering phones at the location and gave a really poor review. I recieved a phone call from the on base location branch manager, Jamie Schmidt. The phone call alone says alot. Very informative and seeked information about the issue to resolve the problem. She determined that the listed number was not the correct one to call and is the process of making corrections. The phone call out of the blue meant alot!!!
