“Our son (3) had an almost one year bout with Cyclical Vomiting Syndrome leaving him scared to eat and causing an aversion to most foods. Once his esophagus was repaired and the vomiting ceased, we noticed he weighed less than he had at 18 months, we tried everything we could think of getting him to eat. We tried shakes, juices, purees, crunchy, salty, sweet. We tried bribes, and even tried to be tough. Nothing worked. Our pediatrician recommended Caring Hands OT. After our first visit/evaluation we quickly discovered that he had some sensory difficulties making it super obvious why none of the traditional methods worked. Ms. Marilee has been a life saver for us. Six months ago, this boy tried to exist on cheese and water. Today, while he is still not on the charts for his weight for age or height, he is gaining and he has a very expanded palette. This is not to say we didn't experience regression, or challenges, but we are overwhelmingly pleased with his progress and Caring Hands' methods. They are creative, and fun. Our son really looks forward to his therapy days! And while they are playful, they're not contradicting our rules at home. They don't "allow" the child to take advantage of them or to just get his way, they are thoughtful in their approach and, maybe most importantly, very effective. Marilee has taught us so many things we can do at home to help deflate tantrums and bring the joy back to the dinner table. She's very down to earth, enjoyable to talk to, and really knows her stuff. One of our biggest fears was that this diagnosis would give our son an excuse to avoid real life, when it reality, it's given him tools to handle real life. I'm no longer terrified of the prospect of him going to someone's house or to school. Seriously a huge sigh of relief. I would (Caring) Hands down recommend them to anyone seeking to help their children cope with, and expand beyond, their condition. The picture I'm attaching is of my son's lunch for today, 6 months ago, he ate ONLY sliced lower sodium white american cheese (seriously, that specific).”

“Dr. Zylinsky has been my orthodontist since I was 14 years old. I am now 30. He has a very personable bedside manner. He has a very honest and straightforward approach to things. I still see him to have my night guard adjusted from time to time. He is always glad to service it even after all of these years. He wants to make sure all the work he did for me stays good. His assistant Kim is amazing also. Dr. Zylinsky and Kim are just like family to us now. I recommend anyone to see these folks. Several of our closest family friends have come here also. My mother had her braces done by Dr. Zylinsky as well.”

“They got me in quick I was having extreme pain. Dr Martinez was great! The dental assistant I believe her name is either Felicia or Alicia deserves a raise. She is the only reason I didnt panic. She constantly checked on me and put chapstick on my lips. She just cares and is very comforting!! She is great and if I ever have to get dental work again I only want her! The only issue I had was the women that numbed my teeth struck a nerve in my face and I couldn't see for about 20 minutes. That was very scary! I heard a pop and the left side of my face felt like it was on fire. Then I had double vision for about 20 minutes. She wanted to give me more laughing gas but I just wanted my vision back before we did anything else. Kinda felt like she was blaming me for her hitting my nerve. My eyes are still hurting.”

“The Express gas is actually on the east side of the fire stone it’s a separate location not separated yet by Google maps. The express is a good minimart and gas station easy to get to. Hopefully Google will separate them and I’ve asked them to do that in another post. Here’s some pics that I put in so you can see what the express looks like. The CLASS VI store is also in the Express station. This is a multi function building and it is not depicted clearly on Google maps.”
