Justin was polite and professional in handling the job and relaying the outcome to us. After the removal, our yard was raked and everything else was back in its place. The only issue we had at all was that we requested housekeeping not stop by the room before we check out, but they did. At least the knocking was a light tapping and not an all out banging. The pool was incredible too! Such a nice pool to swim in. I also was a big fan of the beds. They were very comfortable.”
