“Outstanding! This is going to be my new gym. Went in for a tour and found this to be the perfect gym in size, space and accommodations. I saw 👀 two personal trainers and they were very friendly and attentive to their clients. Enrollment cost is $54.00 and monthly $45.00 but it is well worth it I believe. There is also a nutrition bar inside for grabbing a good smoothie on your way out. Can’t beat it!”

The Dr.s would have better informed patients, better informed patients make better decisions and end up needing and making less Dr. Visits.. Which in turn takes the burden off of a lot more lo"ed ones because they know more too, there's a lot less man-hours lost...and a lot less accidental deaths. They communicate with me immediately if anything happens (no matter what time of day). He gets great therapy and most importantly he is overall pleased with the experience. Remember that they cannot read your mind or know some of your expectations, unless you communicate that to them- clearly and sometimes repeatedly- the message needs to get to the right person in order to make it happen. Once I figured this out, I felt things went very smoothly.”

“I'm a retired cardiac care nurse so I know excellence when I see it. Dr Bodenhammer is one of the few surgeons in OK who can perform off pump bypass surgery. He was able to do this for my elderly mother who would likely have not tolerated on pump bypass as well. He takes the time to explain things clearly. In addition, he has an amazing in hospital nurse, Jordan, who is exceptionally bright and competent. She has an attitude that conveys honest care and concern.”
