“Medical care was excellent when I was finally able to get onto a stretcher. I had a confirmed reservation to be seen at a specific time. One half hour after the confirmed time I asked about the delay and was told by an uncaring person that I would be called. A half hour later I was still waiting and when I complained I was told that sicker people get priority. When I commented that I was never asked how ill I was I was told that the information is taken when you are inside. Totally ridiculous. Check in gets a 1 rating medical treatment a 5 rating.”

We are so grateful for the service they offer to the community and our rescues! “Taking my child to a mental hospital was the hardest thing I have ever done. I have all these fears and thoughts that this was not the best thing for her but we had no choice. She needed help and we were no longer able to help her. I was very impressed with the, intake process, nurses( Megan and Emma) Therapist Abi. My daughter loved talking to her . She helped her is so many ways, Dr. li . Was amazing and very kind. She Didn’t over medicate my child. Here’s to all the NURSES aids that helped comb her hair, braid and help her with hygiene daily. I called every night and checked on her and the nurse would describe the whole day to me and then I could rest for the night. Ellie the Morning nurse, had to have so much patience with her and she loved, group and even the outside activity’s. If you are looking for help for your child this is the place!!! My husband and I were very thankful and grateful for the care we received for our daughter!! ThAnk you to all the staff that help out our daughter to finish strong and be able to come home healthier and better than before!!”

“In a word, these people are incredible. My wife and I had an extremely difficult couple of days earlier this week with the loss of our best friend and 17 year companion. I had a lot of anxiety about leaving him somewhere for cremation, and these people were able to accommodate me immediately as a walk-in and I was back home with our boy in a beautiful urn just a few hours later. Our only bright spot throughout this has been how well everything was handled by Precious Pets. I can’t thank you enough.”
