Great experience. Walked in, tried a bike. Bought it. Now im.gonna tear up the trails.

I experienced incredible customer service with the Bike Lab’s expert staff when I brought in a damaged children’s bicycle to see if it was fixable. Nolan examined the bike and tried for over half an hour to fix a few damaged components. Although the bike was not salvageable and far below the quality of what they sell, the staff offered possible solutions and provided me multiple options going forward. I’m thoroughly impressed with The Bike Lab OKC!

The Bike Lab OKC is everything you should expect from a high-end shop. Everyone from Tony S. and Jeremy H. to the technicians Jeremy C. and Nolan are great communicators and very skilled in what they do. Their commitment to detail continues to enable me to get the most from my bike and myself.

During my quest for a new bike I visited eleven bike shops and I consider this to be the best in OKC. While I was impressed by the quality of the bikes, apparel, and gear, I was most impressed by the outstanding customer service I received. Jeremy, Carin, and the team could not have been more nice and helpful. I appreciated that they took time to listen and understand what I was looking for before making recommendations. I'm confident I made great purchases. My experience in this shop was very enjoyable and I highly recommend this shop to all levels of cyclists.
