“I took my mom to see Dr. Wallace to get his second opinion about her tooth and whether she may need a crown procedure. He was very honest and thorough in his explanation about how she didn’t need a crown done to that particular tooth, although another dentist told her that she did. It’s difficult to find such an honest dentist who will NOT try to rip his patients off for profit. He truly cares about his patients and he is all about being honest and truthful in his examination. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Wallace to anyone who is looking for an HONEST dentist. If only we have more doctors like him 🙂.”

CV Health has their own hospital, and the staff was top notch. After my procedure Dr. Schmidt came into our room and showed the results on the TV in my room. Each part of my heart had a video file associated with it, which showed in detail what was happening to each artery. Follow up was thorough the next day as I Geof a call reminding me of my post care and asking for questions. There are options for great heartcare besides the large hospital systems, and CV clinic and Advanced Surgical Solutions is one of them.”

“I have utilized this facility 3 this facility in the last 3 months, due to my preference, for the CONSISTENT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My insurance company will call and schedule your test for you after it’s authorized. As a rule, they choose the facility closest to your home.. The people who are doing this are in a different state. Immediately, I tell them I know that Medical Plaza Imaging is not as close to my home, but the Service is superb and personable from the Valet service, to the front line receptionist, and then of course the radiology therapists who is performs the MRI TEST , is always very professional. I have been fortunate to have the same therapist(I so sorry I cannot think 🤔 of it, I am having a senior moment) , most times when I am there for a MRI, and she is so kind and caring. She keeps me informed of how long each section is going to be and is checking to make sure I am okay during the test and encouraging with telling me how much longer we have to go before we are finished with the test. I always feel good when I get her as my therapist to help me with my test. The last visit, I asked for a copy of 4 discs of different MRI, and I said I would come back to get them tomorrow before my Dr appointment at 10:30. The receptionist, Lucy said, I can do that right now!! I don’t want you to have to come back in the morning before your appointment. She and my therapist worked together to make this happen for me and this took a lot of stress off of me. I think you could see the reason I have been coming to this facility for any MRI’s , I need to have done. Lately, I have been having a rough few months!! But, when you get this kind of service experience, it sure helps keep me in a GRATITUDE 🙏 FRAME OF MIND FOR THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE HERE EVERY DAY AND DO THEIR JOB, IN A WAY THAT IS CONSISTENTLY FOR THE PATIENTS TO BE AT EASE AND IN A FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, SO THEY WANT TO COME BACK, THE NEXT TIME THEY NEED HELP WITH THEIR SERVICES!! I give them 555555555555 Across the board!! my home.”
