“My physician here is Dr. John Pittman. I have always been treated very well by not only the doctor but also his staff from front desk to nursing and everything in between. They are a very professional and competent group of medical professionals. Dr. Pittman is also the most thorough physician I've ever had. He does truly care about his patients well-being and this is something that is very apparent from day one. He takes the time with his patients that many doctors do not do, especially these days. You are never rushed or made to feel as if your concerns are not being addressed. Be prepared because of Dr. Pittman's commitment to his patients and not running you through his office as though you were just another number you might experience longer wait times. This is just trade off for having a doctor that cares about his patients and I believe having to wait a little bit longer sometimes is well worth it to have a doctor that actually cares. If you're looking for a great PCP then I would absolutely recommend giving Putnam North and Dr. Pittman a try, you wont be disappointed.”

“Dr. Hargrove helped make it possible for me to do activities again that otherwise I would have not been able to take on. I have an osteochondal defect in my right knee that caused inflammation and fluid around my right knee cap since high school. The damage caused a piece of my thigh bone to break off which then roamed around my knee cap. Dr. Hargrove was always honest and straightforward with possible outcomes, even with me informing him of my plans to hike the Grand Canyon with my wife. But with his amazing performance and guidance, 6 weeks later I hiked 27 miles Rim to Rim in one day at the Grand Canyon. I currently still hike 2-3 times per week at arcadia for prayer and exercise. “Confused by some of the bad reviews here-I’ve been seeing Dr. Lowe for over 5 years at least and have never had any issues. The doctor herself is friendly and remembers personal details (or at least bothers to read her patient notes before she walks in) and I’ve never felt overly rushed. She’s not sticky sweet so I guess I could theoretically see some people thinking she’s curt but I prefer that. Only “complaint” is that it can be hard to get in with the doctor but the wait for a PA is only a couple of weeks at most in my experience so if you really need something, you can get seen. It’s also very easy to call and reach someone for med refills and making appts. I’m a perfectly happy patient!”
