The staff is friendly and helpful. But should you have to call the store for whatever reason... Be prepared to call many many times, over a couple days. Tried calling to check to see about a tire, took 3 days for someone to answer... Customer sevice is short and snippy when they actually answer, but act like you have bothered them greatly by making them answer the phone.”
