“I came in for their daily special, it was their smoked pork sandwich w/ two sides. I chose macaroni n cheese and a hearty serving size of the fried okra for my sides. Portion sizes were very well considering that I ate every last bite. 1 drink would cause you to bloat up. The pork sandwich did not have condiments but the sandwich was completely loaded. Some meat will fall out of the sandwich despite the massive bun size. The meat was fairly moist and the smoke flavor popped among the subtle seasonings. The BBQ sauce was the best part of the plate. I had the spicy BBQ sauce but the heat was a perfect blend of sweet and hot. It wasn't overbearing or enough to force me to hydrate. Mixed with the Pork sandwich, created an amazing combination. Fair price for a good size meal. The setting is very American. I'm sure I'll be back for more in the near future. Thank you 🥪”

Stephen, Colton and Farah are excellent at both physical and spiritual training. They made sure to modify my exercises and correct my form on a daily basis and I can assure you that my strength and endurance have definitely improved a lot in the past 2 months.
