Fun exciting and the staff have a way of making u feel special. It's so big. Some different theme on each floor. Parking is great too. We felt safe and at ease parking on the parking deck. Food is good too. If I could afford to go more I would. It's worth the drive for us.

I've been to the casino several times and have always enjoyed myself. This time I was able to stay in the hotel portion of the facility. I have to say it was very pleasant. The room was quiet and immaculate, the bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, and the shower was spacious with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I will definitely be back!

It was clean. Bright lots of lights lots of slot machines. Place was humongous(if even a word). Did not see black jack or any other tables open. Mind you we did not go thru the whole place though, so maybe somewhere there were some open.
We did not staying either! Can you guess why? Yep! Blew through our small budget really quickly. So stopped and got a soda out of a fountain machine(assuming those are on the house, since no sign) Guess we figured it was quite an expensive soda we had already paid for at the slots! Enjoyed anyway!

I've always had a great time here. The staff is friendly and I appreciate that they have drink stations set up with complimentary beverages (unlike Osage which offers vending machines only). The games seem to pay out a fair amount of the time and I like the variety. In my opinion the best array of slot games and they have live craps and table games. They close to clean overnight which is occasionally inconvenient and I've experienced a couple ride employees when closing time approaches but overall a great experience.

I wanted to compliment you on a couple things. First Your band selection last month and your upcoming schedule for Riffs is awesome. I also wanted to compliment one of your workers - Luce. Since we have been going to Riffs to watch the bands my husband and I wanted to tell you how hard he works. His job isn’t always easy but he handles it in stride. He is incredibly polite and very professional. We wanted to let you know we will continue to patron Riffs and that Luce and the staff there are a big reason why.
