I don’t know how Marble Elegance could have been more professional or responsive throughout our bathroom remodeling. They were fabulous! Mike Self is amazing! He runs an legendary business with a staff of wonderful people. Rhonda got us started and ultimately to the finish line. Her smile and understanding of true customer service made us happy and knowledgeable. Mitch, John, and Roy too supported us every step of the way. They brought more great businesses to us as well- Lowe’s Plumbing and Premier Glass. Every appointment was kept; every concern handled- this was just a great experience for us! Our main bath is gorgeous and we are so happy. As we try to age in place, our deep jetted tub and cracked shower stall were issues from the moment we moved into our house. Now our jetted tub is a large shower with a bench with grab bars to help me move safely and our old shower is now a linen closet. The new sinks and countertop are beautiful. Michael took great care of us. Had a little mishap and he came through big time for us and had our granite installed in a pinch! Got to celebrate Christmas in our beautiful kitchen with our family around our beautiful island!

The install crew was absolutely amazing. They were extremely clean, brought their own trash can, shopvac, broom and rags. The crew was extremely professional, kind and courteous. The work they did was amazing and you couldn't see the seams, unless you know where they are. It takes a lot to impress me and I'm impressed.

It was a very smooth experience from the first contact made through the full remodel of our shower! Everyone was very professional and kind. The finished product looks AMAZING! I highly recommend Marble Elegance to all the people who are looking for quality people, service, and work!
