I was originally 6-8 weeks out on an install but had an opening after just 2 weeks. The crew did a great job from start to finish. Survivor let me add in the rock hammer fee on my financing but thankfully it wasn't needed once they started digging.. so we will be getting that fee refunded. I would recommend Survivor to everyone.

Very professional operation. They were good to schedule with, answered all our questions. They made buying a storm shelter very easy. Jae was very organized and captured all the needed details to successfully carry out the install.

The guys showed up ahead of time to dig the hole and put the shelter in the ground. They included me in all aspects as to where I wanted it, how I wanted it placed, leveled the hole, and let me make sure it was straight when they set it down in the hole.
The door was a little rusty but that’s getting handled. Someone is coming out to repaint it.
