(December 9, 2019, 4:27 am)I can't say enough good about Coop's DMC. Coop is absolutely the best technician in the business when it comes to drives and motors. I've worked with him for years, and he has solved every issue we have ever thrown at him. There is no one out there with more technical expertise than him. He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Angela is absolutely wonderful at scheduling, communication and everything on the inside. Communication is phenomenal and prompt. They have always been able to meet our service needs faster than I anticipate. For the outstanding technical expertise and service, I would expect to pay above market rate, but they keep their rates very competitive. This business is an absolute class act.
