  This new boot is an excellent device for either postop or chronic ankle rehab. I use it for my old chronic ankle injury as well is with all my ankle patients. Great product.Simple and effective.

  I broke my leg standing on a sled with a mildly displaced fibula. Once they cleared me to walk at 4 weeks from injury, I started using this to strengthen the muscles surrounding the break and gain more movement. It’s now been 6 weeks from the injury and I am walking almost normally with no boot. In just a week of using this product I felt so much stronger- not only physically but also my confidence. There are adjustments with the bands and it’s very easy to use. I will continue to use for both legs as there is so much benefit in continuing to strengthen the muscles we never use! This is a game changer for all ages, athletes, injury recovery and beyond! My HIGHEST recommendation!
