“I'm really impressed with their company. They came out on a Saturday afternoon to fix a clog. I called them only 1 hour prior. They came out a few days later to replace my hot water tank, less then 24 hours of calling. So far the best experience I've had yet with any kind of maintenance on my house. “Despite all the reviews that I have seen on here I don't agree. There may have been bad management before but you can really see a turn around between the customer service and house keeping! Liz the young lady at front desk made sure that everything we needed was accommodated and the head of house keeping Charles I believe was his name made sure that the rooms where great and all linens were fresh and attended to any issues that we had. I will be recommending this place for all my family and friends that come to town needing a stay for the night.”
