So my experience with this company has been great overall. Been a customer for several years now. Showed up at the office recently to get some new routers and the two guys outside on break sat and answered all my questions. Over this current weekend had some issues setting the new stuff up caused by 3 bad ethernet cables. Can't believe I tried a fourth one but I did and it worked. All my own cables by the way. Anyhow throughout this process, on a weekend, TJ at Atlas has answered and returned my calls and has been an excellent rep for Atlas.
Started out a little rough because of the tower issues but customer service handled the situation very well! They came out and installed a new radio so that I could have reliable service while the repairs are made. Very impressed with everyone at the company and the service is great! I am able to play multiplayer PC games at 40-50 ping including COD. I can't wait to see how much better the service will be once the towers get fixed! The speeds shown are under load.
