I’m excited to announce my fiancé and I will be moving into these beautiful apartments soon! I also have to thank the property manager Cody; he made the whole beginning process smooth, stress free, answered all of our questions timely, and seemed very nice! I’m glad to know that we can come to him for any future questions or problems we may have.

Parq at Cross Creek is a quiet, secluded community that really does feel like a nature preserve. Ashton's personality is energetic and infectious, and the leasing process from beginning to end could not have been handled better. Maintenance requests have always been fulfilled within 1 business day. Highly recommend!

Great environment!! I love living here and thanks to Joel and his great customer service for helping me sign my lease here. The office manager is so nice and helpful as well. Joel always makes sure everything is good in my apartment with check-ins and the maintenance team is so fast for service requests it’s crazy. Love living here already! From the first day we came in to get details on an apartment we were greeted by the best leasing office staff. Joel was extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer every question and made us feel welcomed. The amenities are amazing, the atmosphere of these apartments are outstanding. Definitely the best apartment we’ve lived in!

I lived here for a year and loved it. The gym and pool are newly renovated. The units are rather large for the price. The location is convenient for travel down 75, Bruce b downs and there is a Publix and a gas station literally just yards away.

I highly recommend asking for Ashton. She is their rock star leasing agent recently promoted to assistant property Manager. She is personal, friendly, professional and always willing to assist when needed. She is the best and they are lucky to have her on their team.
