We have had caney valley come out 3 different times and everytime we are more than happy with the service. They are the nicest people and work hard to make sure you get the best experience. When you make an appointment she works to get you in as soon as they are able, and the calls the week before to confirm the appointment are nice. They care about people's Time and when he is working on the camper he really works to trouble shoot the problem starting with the simplest solution and working his way up. We have had him work on a heater, AC, and a slideout, all times we couldn't be happier with the results. They are a hard working family with great customer service and I would recommend them to anybody.

Brandon with Caney Valley RV Repair was fixing some RV's at the local campground. Coincidentally, on the same day, I had a clog in my black tank such that I had not encountered in my five years of continuous camping. Even though it was late at night by the time he finished repairing the RV's that were already on his schedule, he took time to come to my camper to fix the issue. He was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and well-equipped to fix my issue. Thank You Brandon for caring!

I absolutely 100% trust this business to take care of my camper! No matter how hot or cold it is, they show up and do excellent work. They work well with my extended warranty company, which is the most valuable aspect to me. They do good work and it may take a couple weeks for them to get to my repair, but knowing it will be done right is worth the wait! Thank you so much!!

Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Brandon did an outstanding job installing a roof rack on my Ford Transit. Furthermore he installed 300 watt solar panel to the rack and wired it in. I write this review, on a very sunny day, as I stare at the battery monitor showing a great charge being done by the sun. They’re a family run business that makes you feel right at home. Almost forgot, without even asking they gave me a military discount. Highly recommend, top shelf people, top shelf work.
