Chris was Awesome. I came in with a Issue unknown but had a Check Engine light on.. Chris was up front about his fees but told me if he couldn't help me, he won't charge me.. Well, He went above and Beyond.. We figured out it was just a loose plug on a sensor and plug it back in. Then he ran a couple test on the truck to see if something would flag.. Everything seem good but Truck just still isn't up to Par in my Opinion.. Only getting 4.5 MPG.. Well Chris spent about 30mins of his time and we talked about how it's HARD TO FIND A HONEST Knowledgeable Mechanic these days.. Especially in the Oilfield.. I want to tell u.. Chris Didn't charge me anything and Said I don't make my money by changing parts.. I do by fixing issues my customers have and that keeps them coming back!!! ILL HAVE TO TELL U!! ILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO BRING HIM BUSINESS. DON U RAISED ONE FINE MAN SIR!! CHRIS did state that, he would do a Overhead on My truck since I recently rebuilt my engine. Maybe my valves etc isn't adjusted right etc. Well I looked into it and ill be bringing it to Don Friday. 6-15-18.. My Birthday!! One thing that has Bothered me in Diesel mechanics is how Everyone charges a Plug in fee to run 5-10mins of test on a truck but it's $250plus later to just tell u what's wrong.. Not counting the repairs. Now I understand how it cost money for the programs and computer etc but it's like me charging My Customers I haul for Everytime to do a load to have my CDL.. No , I feel it's a tool u need to do your job and that tool allows u to do that job and make a living.. Anyways, Thanks Chris for not being Greedy and Being a Honest Man!! Sorry so long but I had to tell my experience.. Also. When u see Chris, tell him to hit the Gym... He's getting"Little" Lol... (He's a Stacked Man) Lol...
