A people who chooses Love beyond all else; a warm hug and faithful prayer, a wonderful community to be a part of.
Blue Flame 47 is such a beautiful family and community. I look forward to each week when we gather on Tuesday evenings. The safe loving environment that permeates the atmosphere resides as we commune around tables filled with a feast of sharing our portion of the week's journey we've experienced or still walking through with the Lord. Endless testimonies shared to celebrate and testify the goodness of God as one walked through a learning experience or trial. This not only gives me opportunity to join in the celebration of person testifying, but hearing each testimony gives me strength and hope to trust and rest with the Lord in my own life and what I'm walking through. Then there is the incredible spontaneous worship, that's never been heard before, fresh and new every week brought down from heaven to earth through the hearts of the amazing worship team, The Blue Army. They hear and feel the heart beat of the Lord and release His sound and word. It's so awesome! I'm so thankful to be a part of this amazing beautiful community.
The church is not a place or a building, it’s people who know and love Jesus! In this place, that is just what we have found. So very grateful to call Blue Flame 47 our church home.
A few years ago, A friend of mine gave me a book written by Shari Norvell, the title is called Cessor Journeys. The book resonated with me on many levels and it became clear, that I was being led to Blue Flame 47. I have visited twice in the past year and each time, I was greeted by people who were happy to see me (seriously they greeted me with Love,) I attended August Rush and Winter Tea. There are no words to describe the worship, it's out of this world! I am thankful for the time that I've had to learn about this ministry, the podcast is great too but mostly I am thankful that there are people who love The Lord so passionately that they are willing to follow Him at any cost! Scott and Shari are World Changers and I am excited about this ministry!
My husband & I have known about the Norvell’s since 2014 & have attended several of their semi-annual conferences. The thing I love most is the passion they have for Jesus and for the lost. They reached out to my husband & I and helped us in anyway they could—especially at the tent when wheelchairs were quite difficult to use. Both of us have seen them mature and grow & we have been invited to mature & grow with them. They are humble and gracious people. The atmosphere of true community was the context We both needed to help assimilate the essence of BLUEFLAME. We both longed to experience community in covenant & there We have. In our local BLUEFLAME group It’s no longer a concept but a blessed reality we’ve embraced & lived out since 2014.
In addition, the community in Bixby who regularly meets together are equally lovely and have become family to us as are the other BLUEFLAME family groups around the nation and the world. Thanks for saying “yes” over and over again and inviting us into this wonderful life with you. Kehshet & Prumna
