Washington Irving Memorial Park and Arboretum

Wonderful park. Many shade trees with plenty of trails. Facilities are very nice and well maintained. Thier small outdoor theater is very interesting. Statues and memorials scattered throughout. New area being opened up with easy access to river.

BBQ and Blues. Friday and Saturday. Head out for good food, sun and fun. $5 for samples of over 65 vendors competing for your vote for 1st place!! It was awesome, bring chairs and blankets!!!

Very crowded event for the BBQ and Jazz Festival today. First time attending but disappointed with non cooking vendor participation. $10.00 Parking fee for general parking. Nice park however.

This is a great little park and it has easy access to here in Bixby. It’s right next to the river so you can walk along it for a little bit otherwise come out here for a picnic and have a good time. It seems to be a popular dog park too. It also has a Memorial to the 911 terrorist attack that killed many Americans. Let’s never forget what the terrorist did to our country and never let it happen again. We must thank our police and firemen for everything they do for us and those who died saving others in that attack. If you like this review please like it below.
