(December 8, 2021, 6:17 pm)Working out with Haze has been amazing. He is constantly encouraging, incredibly attentive to form, and is willing to do the hard parts right a long side you. The gym has a wide variety of options for different workout and is kept very clean!

(June 29, 2021, 1:08 pm)I liked the workouts because they were different combo moves mostly. 👍🏻. The balance work of some moves were excellent! For example, single leg squat in chair-stand-forward lunge, and single leg squat with other foot behind-elevated on bench. I'd say add more of those types of exercises simply because balance and core strength, in that way, are so important, especially as we age. People don’t realize if they train their balance in this way, it strengthens their core as well as their ankle and knee ligaments, hence, injury prevention. The other thing I would add is transition times between moves, like 10-20 seconds.

(April 17, 2019, 1:35 pm)These guys are amazing they really know there stuff. We had two other forklift guys come out and they just made our 2004 nissian lift worse. Forklift nation came out and within one hour had fixed a ton of stuff and now it runs like it's new again. We couldn't be happier. Also they drove 2 hours just to get here. They had the right equipment on hand to fix our issues and the service manager was responsive and friendly. The tech was early and fast.

From our very first phone call with Forklift Nation, we were treated with the utmost respect and they were super responsive in getting back to us with pricing, specs, and availability of different forklifts that met our criterion.
We ended up selecting Forklift Nation based on service, availability and fair pricing. Additionally, they can service the truck on site and they have a very vast shop with all necessary parts for our unit. I HIGHLY recommend Forklift Nation if you are in LA and need a good quality forklift.

We got a great deal on a used unit and received excellent customer service! Just last week, we called to have some warranty work done and couldn't believe how quickly they came to pick the unit up, service it and deliver it back to our facility. A big thanks from Direct Drives & Controls to Derek and the entire staff for taking care of everything.
