I’ve been going to this location on and off for the past 1 and a half years since I moved across the street. Stephanie hands-down always delivers exceptional customer service as well as the girls at the teller line. The girls stayed late today to help me complete my new auto loan. I started off a little upset because of some confusion, but they were so nice, patient, and made everything great! if there was 100 stars I’d give it. Hands-down the best bank I’ve actually ever banked with they are so personable and always have your best interests at heart. Thanks for being amazing!!!

Excellent Customer Service! Ladies at this branch are very attentive and helpful. MidFirst has been working hard to create an efficient system for processing the PPP Forgiveness Applications too, despite the constant legislation policy changes. Very appreciative for the supportiveness given to small businesses in Broken Arrow and Tulsa area.
