Forest Hills Assisted Living

My father was sent here after almost a month a St Francis. He got great care while he was there. My mother did spend a lot of time with him there since she was also retired. Unfortunately my father passed away from a heart condition unrelated to why he was there for rehab.

My grandma was sent here after being released from the hospital. She said the food was excellent. Not your standard hospital food. The staff was kind and helpful and always available if needed. The manager Joshua was kind and answered all of our questions honestly and respectfully. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

When you read these reviews, keep in mind they are for both the Skilled Nursing Side and the Assisted Living side. I have had my mother there for a couple of years on both sides. On the assisted living side. They are wonderful. Teams of Dr.'s travel and make house calls (In Room visits) and the assistants and other staff really do work hard to keep my mother safe and happy.

On the Skilled Nursing side. I have learned that as soon as you get your loved one admitted, go straight the nurse manager and get a repour started immediately. Your loved on will be on the radar instead on a room #.

Over the years my mother has went into the Hosp a few different times and then to Skilled Nursing. As her strength slowly returned, it was nice having her assisted living appt next door(Down the Hall) so she could meander back and forth to familiar surroundings until fully discharged.

I highly recommend the Assisted Living side of this facility and the connected Skilled Nursing unit Is a one stop bonus.

My father is a resident of Forest Hills and I've found it to be a good fit for him. His room is spacious and well-maintained. I appreciate the staff, the communication and the wide-range of activities offered. His disposition has improved so much since being moved to Forest Hills Assisted Living. He is more engaged and seems much happier. The food service is quality and wide ranging. Every member of the staff that I have communicated with has been friendly and helpful. The facility is very well kept and the atmosphere is peaceful and calm. Our family appreciates the care and genuine interest shown to our loved one.
