I also had to call customer service a few times for questions, and Betty was super kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. There are a lot of other sites selling cowhides and I struggled decide which one was the best for a quality hide. I spoke to another representative from a different website and they were not very friendly. After speaking to Betty the first time over the phone, I was sure that I wanted to buy from cowhides international. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. “It's Braum's. I'd be doing Oklahoma a disservice to rate it any less than 5 stars. If someone ever asks one of those get to know you questions- like, what is your favorite ice cream? My answer will unapologetically always be- "Cookies and Cream. BUT ONLY FROM BRAUM'S. BECAUSE not all ice cream is created equal." I don't think people should choose their favorite ice cream until they have tried Braum's if I'm being honest. 🤷♀️ And if I had a second choice, it'd be Braum's twist frozen yogurt. 😋 I know its so much more than ice cream. But as I'm writing this review that's what I last had and after having eaten dinner- dessert is sounding so good!”
