“I am so appreciative! After a visit to the orthopedic urgent care for a severe nerve impingements in my cervical/thoracic spine and unbearable muscle spasms, my husband drove me over to Lotus. We didn't have an appointment, but Brandy was so very kind to take care of me. She got me on the table right away! I had never had acupuncture before, and she was great to walk me through everything. My pain was probably an 8, and I was very emotional... Brandy was so gentle and accommodating. 24 hours later, I am much improved and on my way to functioning normally. “They are a really great company, they got any issues with the liner resolved relatively quickly. If there had been a way I would have done a 4 1/2 * instead of just a 4. The only reason it was not a 5 was we have run into some issues with liner popping out of the top runner which we are fighting with getting it back in place only to have it pop back out and have found out that a product called liner lock would have prevented this. We would have paid a little more for this but it was not offered. Just be aware to ask for liner lock if you are relining an inground pool.”
