My home buying experience with Tom was absolutely amazing!  Tom was able to find the perfect house just as it was hitting the market.  We placed an offer and negotiated a deal before the competition was able to get involved.  His team is also top notch.  The lender he recommended advised me about a VA loan.  Not only did I not have to put any money down, but Tom added a seller's concession to the deal and I actually walked away from the closing with keys to a house AND a check in hand.  I couldn't believe it... nor could the rest of the people at the closing.  Tom really knows his stuff!  He truly cares about his clients and was always there for a phone call and to answer questions.   I've recommended friends and family to Tom and they have very similar stories to share.

When we were looking to buy our property. As first time homebuyers, we didn’t know what to expect and how tedious the process was. Tom was very patient, understanding and caring to our needs. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and wasn’t pushy with the process. We felt very comfortable with him, he provided us with a lot of information that helped with every steps and transactions needed to complete the purchase. Tom was a wonderful realtor! From beginning to end and after seeing over 50 homes Tom was patient and made the process of 1st time home buyers seem much less intimidating. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the “realty world” and he was always available to answer our many questions. We found the perfect home for us thanks to Tom. We didn’t think twice to recommend him to our friends and family over the years. Tom was great! He was a great help when we bought our house. He gave us his best advice without seeming pushy. He was understanding and patient as he showed us many houses and guided us through the process. I really can't say enough good things about Tom, but when we had to help a family member sell their house we didn't hesitate to call Tom and we sold the house almost instantly! Five stars plus!!
