Got two guinea pigs from here today and they are so sweet, Bree was so nice and helpful. I'd recommend a friend to get animals from here every time. I've also gotten two male gerbils from here to and another guinea pig in 2020 that's sweet.

Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that assisted as soon as we entered the store.

This is my go to store for all my pet needs. I have never had a bad experience. They always are kind and just welcoming.

Today I was rudely told by another customer while I was getting out of my car. “you’re not handicap”
I suffer from lymphedema a skin disease. I don’t look handicap but I am.

I told the grown man this and that I don’t except his half a$$ apology. That he should be sorry and had no right to say that to me.

The workers there took care of me and made sure I was ok because I was so dumbfounded and shaking due to this grown man in his late 40s said that to a 4’11” 23yo women.

Friendly service. Manager who usually is at check out stand is very knowledgeable not only on merchandise stocked by this store, but on pet products in general. Good prices. I went in looking for pill pouches for a dog. Competitive prices to ones on Amazon.
