The team at Functional Nutrition Resources has really helped me with my health! My gut issues have been resolved, and my depression and anxiety are practically gone (after years of being on medication for this). It's been wonderful learning about health and wellness, while also being supported and equipped to take lifestyle actions to be a healthier person for me and my family overall! I certainly recommend Functional Nutrition Resources!

I was needing help with my overall health and mood swing issues I suspected could be related to diet. The FNR program was really detailed and they have good resources and responsive chat support. By the end of it, I was feeling much better and glad that I have personalized recommendations/resources to help me with my long-term health. The folks at FNR are a kind and supportive team. Would recommend for those serious about looking at getting into functional medicine.

The program at FNR has helped me in so many ways. My gut is in much healthier. I have been able yo lose weight. The length of the program and all the help and wisdom I have received from the staff has helped me learn ways to be healthier. I have learned how to eat and cook in a healthier manner. I have been working with Functional Nutrition for a couple of months now. I already feel better! I have experienced stomach issues for awhile now, along with other things.
