Clinch Martial Arts Academy - Owasso

Clinch is an amazing gym with not just top tier instruction, but also is a place where everyone is welcome and they cater to the entire spectrum of experience levels, ages, backgrounds, you name it. I walked in the door two years ago not knowing anything about jiu jitsu or a single person there and the awesome staff and students have made it a home away from home! The cherry on top is I’ve lost over 50lbs and had a blast doing it!

Have been a member of Clinch for nearly 5 years and would say it’s been such a huge change in my life. The coaches are fantastic, people are friendly. Great family atmosphere. You’ll learn a lot and work hard all while having fun.

I went in my with Dad to watch him do one of the Jujitsu classes. I was there just to watch and support him. Great environment. Very friendly. There were a few different male instructors that came up to me and introduced themselves and asked if I needed help or had questions. As a very small young woman I can say that none of them came off as anything other than respectful and kind to me. I genuinely enjoyed my experience for the two hours I hung around. I do plan to go back soon to watch another one of my Dad's classes.

Great place to learn and practice Jiu Jitsu. Friendly and professional atmosphere. Coach Christian does a great job of teaching everything from fundamentals to advanced techniques.

Not necessarily attempting to get sentimental however; coming to Clinch has done more than teach me combat. It's taught me to grow as a person and how to respect others who are not only professional but new like myself. I can't recommend this place any more. Thank you Clinch for taking me in.
