(March 16, 2013, 7:15 pm)I lost from 211 to 167. Then unfortunately, I had to get off and gained back 20 lbs. I am back again, and I need to lose the 20 lbs again and more. I've been very pleased with the results, the staff, the way they watch my vitals each and every month when I got in. The doctor spent about 30 minutes with me again today, Saturday, and really worked with me on ideas to reduce my sugar craving. He explained some things I did not know and for the first time I understood what happens with your insulin. I need to take heed and make changes. And I do appreciate the shots. Even when I couldn't get in for the other medication and wanted to be off of it for at least six months, I continued with the shots. I need B12, don't you?
