They have been very responsive to the needs of members, including transitioning to virtual and recorded classes during the lockdown, a transition to a mix of in studio and virtual/recorded sessions once things started opening, and taking CDC social distancing and sanitizing standards into account. FBBC is so much more than a workout facility to me. The workouts continue to be amazing and challenging, and being a shift worker, the classes scheduled at multiple times a day is perfect for making sure I get a sweat in no matter my work hours. BUT... It's the community of wonderful ladies that I get to work out with and the amazing trainers that support us everyday that keep me coming back. FBBC is the true definition of a FIT FAM! You won't regret trying FBBC if you're looking for a supportive place to feed your body and soul! -------------- My FBBC experience started 6 weeks ago, and it's one of the best decisions I've made. The workouts here are challenging and different every day. I discovered muscles that I hadn't used in years. Best of all, the trainers here are so supportive, encouraging, and motivating. Dr. Farrell takes her time, and not only builds a relationship with you, but is incredibly brilliant on looking out side the box and figuring out what is wrong. Never makes you feel rushed. She takes time and listens (which is very hard to find in doctors anymore), makes you feel as if are the only one there. She has helped me with an auto immune disorder and with hormone issues that no one has been able to figure out. She is very compassionate and truly loves what she does. Couldn't be happier with her. “Yesterday morning as the wife was leaving for work, she noticed something wrong with the car. As she turned the steering wheel the car tire area popped and wouldn’t turn. I called Owasso Auto Clinic and spoke with Craig, he told me he had time to look at it and to get the vehicle on down. Had it towed there. Within a short time, Craig called me and told me exactly what was wrong and around how much. I told him okay and thank you. Not even an hour later he called and said the car was fixed. I went and picked up the car and it drives great! Craig is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I would fully recommend him to anyone in Owasso with car problems.”
