“I began seeing Dr. Ma in 2018 for back & neck discomfort due to multiple car accidents in childhood. Before seeing Dr. Ma, I had massage therapy every 3-4 weeks to alleviate muscle strain & I had seen multiple chiropractors. After beginning acupuncture w/ Dr. Ma, I no longer needed massage therapy or chiropractic visits. This alone surprised me because I’ve had routine massage therapy for the last 15 years. I am a Provider and in November, I contracted CoVID. I was incredibly sick for over 6 weeks. In January, I resumed acupuncture with Dr. Ma. I was having difficulty with breathing, sleeping due to waking & choking on secretions, fatigue & brain fog. After the initial acupuncture treatment for CoVID, I immediately noticed that my vision seemed brighter, colors were vibrant & shapes were clearer. While driving home, I could smell food from nearby restaurants. I hadn’t noticed that I had lost my sense of smell! Within a couple of hours, I began coughing up thick secretions. Concerned, I texted Dr. Ma & she explained acupuncture was clearing the thick mucus that had accumulated in my cells from CoVID. It is these thick secretions many are unable to completely clear on their own & potentially causes cell death & could lead to compromised organ (lung, kidney, heart, brain) function. I have continued treatment with Dr. Ma & my CoVID long haulers syndrome symptoms have almost disappeared. “I had a very painful infection in my eye on a Saturday. Not knowing what to do I went to Loving EyeCare. I didn't realize Dr. Loving wouldn't be there on a Saturday, i just assumed since they were opened. The front office staff was so very helpful. They were trying to help me figure out what I should do because an ER couldn't help me much because it was my eye. The office staff continued to work on getting me help and I sat in their front office and cried in pain. Soon, one of the girls called me back. I had no idea what was going on, all I knew is that I was in pain. When they took me back to the room, I found out Dr. Loving had came in on his day off too look at my eye, eventhough it was a Saturday. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Loving and his office staff. They were all amazing! You don't see that kind of dedication from people/doctors anymore. Thank you all for your help. This is an amazing office and I would highly recommend it!”

“I threw my back out mid December and landed in the ER Xmas night.I have had different shots by other doctors. I wasn’t getting better so I saw Dr Barker during procedure he realized that I needed a pillow under me in order to get the meds in place because of my arthritis condition. This was never brought up in the past injections. I went to bed that night and started crying tears of joy .That has only happened one other time with the birth of my son. They have been very responsive to the needs of members, including transitioning to virtual and recorded classes during the lockdown, a transition to a mix of in studio and virtual/recorded sessions once things started opening, and taking CDC social distancing and sanitizing standards into account. If you're looking for challenging workouts in a safe, motivating environment, give FBBC a try! ------------- UPDATE! It's a whole year later, and I love FBBC even more than I did then. FBBC is so much more than a workout facility to me. The workouts continue to be amazing and challenging, and being a shift worker, the classes scheduled at multiple times a day is perfect for making sure I get a sweat in no matter my work hours. BUT... It's the community of wonderful ladies that I get to work out with and the amazing trainers that support us everyday that keep me coming back. FBBC is the true definition of a FIT FAM! You won't regret trying FBBC if you're looking for a supportive place to feed your body and soul! -------------- My FBBC experience started 6 weeks ago, and it's one of the best decisions I've made.
