“They do a fine job. This is my first time getting state farm. I never walked in and met them in person at the location. I just called in to add and removed cars. It's very convenient for me so thanks to that. However, I was asked how much my old insurance was and they just gave me a quote for the same price, which i didn't save any money from switching over so that was a bummer. That's the reason for 4 stars. I noticed they have reviews from 1-3 yrs ago so I want to give my recent review. Will update more later down the road..”
